Who is in The Think Room?
Liora Kern - CEO & Strategic Communication Expert
I grew up in a house where people came to talk.
Both of my parents were psychotherapists. We never did small talk.
And spoke every day about feelings, possibilities, literature and politics.
The people who stepped into our house came to find themselves again.
To think out loud and to breathe.
It’s no surprise I found my own path in communication, branding, and strategy.
Because at the heart of it, I’ve always been drawn to the same question: What makes people and organizations come alive?
Over the years, I’ve worked with EU Presidents, multinationals, and purpose-driven teams. From J&J to Toyota. From the EPP Group to The Coca-Cola Company and many European associations.
Big names, yes, but always, it comes down to the people behind the organization.
My mission is to help you to be visible, credible & human in a world run by algorithms.
Sean Hayes – Creative Cultivator
When I was eight, my uncle, a fine art painter, came to visit. I was so excited. I handed him my most treasured possession at the time: my colouring book and a pack of crayons. To my surprise, he ignored the lines completely. He filled the pages with bold swathes of colour, unexpected, uncontained, unapologetically his own.
I remember that moment so clearly.
It was the first time I saw creativity not as staying inside the lines but as an invitation to surprise. To challenge. To reimagine. Since then, I’ve spent a career cultivating that kind of thinking, from creative brand campaigns to creative strategy for some of the world’s most iconic names: Lexus, Toyota Formula One, Vodafone, Aer Lingus, 3M Post-it Notes, McDonald’s, Pioneer Car Audio, Carlsberg Beer.
Because creativity isn’t about colouring by numbers.
Creativity is about cultivating surprise.
Fabian Pepe – Brand Orchestrator
The concert is about to start. My heart races: stage fright.
Will I make it? For a moment, I forget the lyrics, and why I started.
I’ve loved music since I was three, pulling vinyl records from the cupboard, mesmerized by the way these spinning discs could fill a room with melody. Today, I sing in a cover band, and music still grounds me.
I’ve learned to embrace stage fright: to breathe, reconnect and let purpose fuel performance.
After 20 years leading (digital) marketing in agencies and corporations, I now help organizations open up to the world, (re)discovering what makes them great.
Because a brand means having impact and a purpose that resonates.
People need to connect with who you are.
Let’s find your story, together.
Akshay Rao – Creative Designer
I build things that move people. Whether it’s crafting a beat in Logic Pro, editing a video, building a high-converting ad creative, or designing a LinkedIn carousel, I’m obsessed with the process. Watching it all come together? That’s just the icing.
Performing on nationally televised shows taught me something deeper. The real joy isn’t in the spotlight. It’s in the repetition. Practicing the same line, chasing a high note, sweating the details until it finally clicks. That’s what makes the final performance feel electric.
All of these lessons led me to where I am now.
At The Think Room, we treat AI like a partner in crime. Something that helps us think bigger, move faster, and create work that breaks through the noise.
Khushi Yadav - GEO Specialist
I’m the first Gen Z on the team.
I tend to question things more than most people around me, especially when it comes to information. If something doesn’t fully add up, I’ll keep digging until it does.
Over time, I found myself thinking more about why that happens.
That’s what I work on now.
I look at how information gets picked up by AI systems and shown to people when they search. What tends to show up, what gets missed, and what people actually trust when they read something.
Working across different industries early on meant getting used to figuring things out quickly and asking the right questions.
For me, it all comes back to the same thing.
When someone is looking for something, are they finding something they can actually rely on?
