My AI workflow that makes you sound more human.
I trained hundreds of people to use AI to sound more like themselves on LinkedIn, not less.
AI doesn’t make you sound like an American bot.
It makes you sound more like you, if you use it right.
Here are the ways I use it for my team and my clients. ⬇️
1: Voice-record ideas with Fireflies.ai
whenever and wherever they come in.
I then ask ChatGPT to ask clarifying questions.
(I created a GPT for it that has been trained on specific DNA, but your regular ChatGPT will work too.)
Prompts I use:
💬 Identify words and speaking patterns
💬 Ask me detailed questions to see if this fits my philosophy
💬 Challenge me in a Dutch way to see if it’s interesting
💬 Score this 1–10 on rambling vs clear and explain why
2: My favorite AI for LinkedIn is Perplexity.
I ask it to:
💬 Show me who on LinkedIn has already talked about this in the last 3–6 months, and how.
💬 Surface which angles overlap with my work and which gaps are still open.
💬 Map this to my audience’s pain points.
💬 Highlight 5 contrarian or under-explored angles I could take instead of repeating what’s already there.
3: Claude is great for language and projects.
Prompts I use there:
💬 Turn my voice notes, my angles, and the pain points into a draft LinkedIn post and website content in my voice.
💬 Keep my key phrases, and my exact words.
💬 Give me 25 alternative hooks that would get a senior comms or association leader to click on "more".
💬 Give me 25 call to actions in line with my DNA of wanting to be helpful.
💬 Avoid anything that sounds generic, corporate, or like it was written by an LLM.
4: I then use Gamma or Canva to create visuals.
I first ask Perplexity to:
💬 Turn the post into a 7-9 slide carousel with one idea per slide.
💬 Pull out 1–2 key lines as the headline visual for the feed.
I might even ask Sora to create a visual for the first page.
You don’t need all the steps for every piece of content.
This is how you use AI without erasing your voice.
