1. We start with a 3-hour DNA interview
This is where everything begins. The goal is to understand your history, how you work, your background, your challenges, what gives you energy and what drains you, what people always come to you for, and what hill you’d be willing to die on.
This interview becomes the foundation for your positioning, your visibility, and the strategy we build around you.
2. I create your personal DNA Key
From this work, I build a tailored 25-page DNA Key for you as a professional.
It defines your long-term direction and objectives. Each DNA Key is adapted to your needs, but it typically covers:

This is where everything starts. We look closely at your experience, patterns, decisions, and direction so your positioning is built on what’s actually true for you.
2. Your personal DNA Key (25 pages)
A document created for you as a professional. It defines your long-term direction and what you’re working toward, and translates your personality, experience, and ethical lines into clear themes, proof points, and language you can reuse.
Inside it, you’ll find concrete LinkedIn assets like headline options, an About draft, post signatures, content pillars, formats, and a 12-week content plan. So you’re not starting from a blank page. And you’re clear on the specific area you’re positioning yourself around.
3. Three LinkedIn banners + one feedback round
So your profile visually reflects the positioning work we’ve done.
